Selamat Balik! We come again! Great turmoil has descended on your reality! The turbulence needed to push the dark cabal from its seats of power is underway and numerous agreements are now being implemented that will accomplish this goal. Groups within America are coming together armed with plans and legal documents that demonstrate the illegality of the current American administration and that show just cause for the investiture of new governance. Concurrent with these developments are similar proceedings in many other nations which are being carried out by our Earth allies. Remember that with regime change come the deliveries of your prosperity funds. Several governments are now defying the US regime and secretly staging a challenge to the legitimacy of its rule, and various military and law-enforcement organizations are close to actively joining in the struggle. In short, we are seeing events that can at long last bring all this out into the open. Meanwhile, the collapse of the economic system gets closer and closer. The final push to topple the dam of dark control on your world is on!

Meanwhile, Mother Earth continues to move this reality nearer to her moment of change. The odd weather patterns are bringing strong typhoons, floods, and torrential rains to the Americas, Europe, Africa, and Oceania, thereby issuing a warning that the world you have known is approaching a massive change point. This is the point where Mother Earth shifts your 3-D realm into a 5-D one. Obviously you cannot remain as you are and survive the reconfiguration of the surface world, and this is a primary ingredient of the reasons for first contact. Those still in charge of you persist in harboring the insane notion that they can somehow prevent the inevitable. This reason alone is grounds enough for removing the present incumbents with their rabid obstructionism from power. There is much to be done once these minions of the Anunnaki are gone. Earth is still a fragile place, with ecosystems very near the end of their viability. Redressing this damage requires a global effort, supported by the swift release of a number of now-suppressed technologies. Then there is the question of full UFO disclosure.

Our Earth allies understand the whys and the hows of disclosure. It is an operation that must be carried out in such a way that it is beyond doubt that we are benevolent and of the Light. Too many factions in your society over the years have spread a dogma demonizing anyone who is not of this Earth. Further, the existence of Inner Earth needs to be presented alongside a new, fully proved geological model of the planet. The people of Agartha have compiled a series of joint announcements that are sure to resolve this requisite. The purpose of this information is to ease your world into an acceptance of the fact that you are not alone and that the world is put together quite differently from what is taught. Once these new facts are squarely proven, our own announcements can proceed. What we desire is, first, to assist you in rehabilitating Mother Earth�s surface world. Then we wish to introduce certain Light-tech devices, which, together with many now-suppressed on-planet technologies, can remedy the ecological problems that have been wreaked.

We envision the temporary caretaker regimes as the bridges to a new reality. The first goal is to get these interim governments up and running. The great shock of these immense governmental and financial changes needs time to sink in to the collective psyche and to be accepted as �normal�. This will be accomplished by umpteen hours of television and radio broadcasts explaining everything in detail. It is then to be followed by the disclosure of the UFO cover-up. This is a twofold operation, starting with many eyewitness accounts and the release of now-closed UFO files which will provide a chronology of off-world contact since WW II. This leads in to part two: the fact of our benevolent presence and first contact. Once more, our Agarthan allies have come up with an excellent approach for this, and our liaisons and Earth allies are fully on board with this plan. At the end of this process, we can begin to broadcast openly on a number of subjects that need to be discussed before the actual mass landings take place.

The most important subject is, of course, full consciousness. We need to broach this matter with you in the right way. You have lived for generations in a limited-conscious state that has never been questioned. The Anunnaki manipulated you into believing that you were divinely created this way, whereas the truth is quite the opposite; indeed, the present �you� is a mere shell of who you truly are. The facts of how you came to be this way need to be presented with the skill and enough incontrovertible evidence to allow you to accept the reality of You. Indeed, your sciences have been hinting at these things for the last few decades. Their case studies of individuals with extraordinary abilities pave the way for our revelations. You are all capable of things that you have only glimpsed in the few documentaries based on these case studies. You are in fact much more than what these programs and films depict.

You are a fully conscious Being in disguise, who has completely forgotten the amazing capabilities that you possess. One of the affects of dropping into limited consciousness is the eventual loss of all awareness of who and what you are, or where you come from. In your case, you have been in this state for over 13 millennia! It is small wonder that you will require extra-special one-on-one mentoring, refresher courses, and oodles of loving support to be able to reassert your true Beingness. We have come as your space and spiritual family and are pledged to bringing you back to full divine consciousness. All is being done in conjunction with Heaven. This special planet and this special solar system are to be restored and a new star-nation created. This star-nation is to blossom and become the center for many major conferences that will make the galactic peace permanent and bring union to many thousands of nearby galaxies.

Mother Earth welcomes her destiny and dearly wishes you to embrace yours too. Your global society is at a point where a new working paradigm is urgently needed. Change is well overdue for your present industrial model, and a new energy and a new society must be birthed if you are to survive. As you know, yours are not normal evolutionary circumstances, and therefore the question is not so much what you do at this point, but what we do. We need to progress you toward a solution that includes your return to full consciousness. To do this, we have indirectly interfered with your society in numerous ways since the early 1960s. Your culture is indeed changing rapidly, but nevertheless, we need at this moment to accelerate this process. Mother Earth asks us to carry out a first contact sooner rather than later, and Heaven seconds this request.

So we have a clear mandate to get the landings done as soon as possible. Consequently, we are putting immense pressure on our Earth allies to finish their tasks. Our imbedded personnel are constantly monitoring developments in various governments, in the dark cabal, and among you. We intend to have some dramatic changes happening very shortly and to land soon thereafter. Thus you are witnessing the last vestiges of this reality. It is fading and fading fast! And the new one is ready to manifest. Change is ready to burst forth! The world you live in is too unstable to hang together much longer and its total collapse is imminent. Even the mighty machinations of your dark masters cannot prevent what is about to be sprung upon you!

Mother Earth and Heaven decree in earnest that this reality is at an end and that the time has come for this world to morph into a 5-D integrated whole. As one individual you can at times feel your presence extending far beyond your physical body. It can be so powerful that you can link with nature and understand its song. It is the desire and belief that it is possible that opens you up in that way. Certainly nature loves to communicate with you, and it can shift from a level of simply feeling, to one of direct contact at a conscious level. There are no boundaries where it is concerned, and some of you will know that there are Beings who can for example communicate with Mother Earth. Everything has a degree of consciousness, and it is not uncommon for some people to talk with trees or plants. Have they not reported that when it is done with love, that there is a response? To others without that experience or belief, it is not understood and even looked upon as silly.

When you ascend such matters will be fully understood, and you will be able to communicate with all life around you. Once you can accept that you have such capabilities try using them, and in time you are sure to get results. Could it be that your gardeners who have so called �green fingers� love what they do, and love their plants? Think about it, and realise that every soul is seeking love and is uplifted by it. Some feel unloved and believe that they are separated from God, yet it cannot be so as you are always enfolded in Unconditional Love. You have an expression that �love makes the world go round� and this could not be truer. Love is Light and it is lifting up every soul and also Mother Earth. It is the powerful energy that is breaking down the lower vibrations, as they cannot continue to exist in its presence.

Love is really all you should be concerned about, and the more you can create together the quicker you will progress to Ascension. As has often been stated, Love is the glue of the Universe, Love is God, Love is the Creator. The lack of Love allows the darkness to creep in, and causes separation and eventually the breakdown of matter. It reaches a point where it can no longer hold its form and disintegrates. If you have ever heard reports of what it is like in the lowest astral levels, you will know that the vibrations are so low that it is almost completely devoid of Light. More to the point matter is unable to hold its form and tends to fall apart. Imagine being a soul who has dropped to this level through their lack of Light. It is a miserable existence and is their Hell, because they have allowed their godsparks to become so dim. For those of you who are concerned about what happens to such souls, we can assure you that Angelic beings wait for them to express the desire to return to the Light. It is then that every assistance can be given to help them climb that steep hill that faces them on their journey back to it. Remember Dear Ones, no soul is left to flounder or without guidance no matter how far they have fallen.

Entering the end times everyone one of you has some attachments to clear up, and these will come to you at some stage for cleansing. You will know when it happens, and if you accept what it is you will be able to transmute them. They might be wayward thoughts that impinge on your consciousness, and no longer serve you. Despatch them with thanks, and tell them that they no longer have a place in the new life you are building. In fact when you look back you may well find that you have already dramatically changed. After all, your preset life has been purposefully planned for your upliftment, It has included testing periods when you have been challenged to show, that you have put the attraction of the lower energies behind you.

We do not want to paint a bleak picture of events occurring on Earth at present, but it is our duty to present it as it is. Clearly we cannot always give you the complete picture, as sometimes our knowledge of events is best kept quiet to protect people involved in them. Furthermore with our advanced methods of collecting information we know far more than the dark Ones are aware. We do not want to alert them to exactly what that is, so we work with a degree of necessary secrecy. When you also consider that we have computers that have a great deal of accuracy in predicting the future, we have to be guarded as to what we give out. Our allies are aware of this and by and large they too operate this way, and it would not do to identify them. In fact, just at present there are some disturbing possibilities that give us concern, but having said that they are closely followed by us. We will step in where it is allowed, and will always lessen the outcome of actions that threaten your safety.

For the majority of people in your world, life will seem to be moving ever onwards much as it always has. It is the greater picture that shows the changes taking place, and your media is often reluctant to mention them. For example your Sun is changing and that is having a big impact upon your Earth. It may well reach a peak very soon where your electrical equipment may malfunction. There are powerful energies striking the Earth and communication channels may suffer. Eventually there will be such profound changes of this nature, that electrical systems based upon your present knowledge will no longer function at all. Be assured however that in anticipating this change, we will have provided you with alternative sources of power. It will of course bring changes in nearly every type of communication and transport you presently use. These will be much more to your liking and be totally environmentally friendly and clean.

The positive aspects of your Sun are many, and it acts as a conduit to channel the higher energies coming to you from outside of your solar system. It will play its most important part when there is a powerful alignment with the Central Sun of your Universe, and you know this as your Winter Solstice of 2012. It is the point at which a quantum leap forward takes place, and propels you into the higher dimensions. It will truly signal the end of your cycle in duality, and by then you will have been fully prepared for such an upliftment. It is what you have been excitedly waiting for, and will be the crowning glory of your present life.

The sands of time have nearly run out, and unlike when you prepare to go on vacation and sort out what you want to take with you, Ascension is quite the opposite. You are instead sorting out what you cannot take with you, but of course we do not mean physical objects. It comes down to any attachments that are of the lower vibrations, that cannot exist in the higher vibrations. As part of your life plan, you have arranged that they present themselves to you for cleansing. Many of you have come into life with a dark side, but that should not dismay you as you will have every opportunity to deal with it. Reflect on what it is that does not serve your higher good, and move it out of your life. Let us take the example of pornography because it feeds your lower instincts. Instead of seeing people as objects to satisfy your lust, you could try seeing them as fellow travellers on a journey like yours, and focus on all that is of beauty and love. Clearly this is only one area of life that will prevent you from uplifting your vibrations, and if you are serious in your intentions to ascend you must cleanse yourself of such energies.

Other problems may be relatively easy to deal with, and many arise from disrespect for others. An aggressive attitude is one, and the longer it persists the longer you will attract like situations to yourself. Perhaps being judgmental is a more general problem, because it is looked upon as quite normal and promoted by the media in many different ways. Let us say that having an opinion is one thing, because it does not necessarily carry emotional energy with it. However, when it does you are projecting it to the object of your attention and far from helping, it actually adds more negative energy to it. There is an exception where someone is well advanced and has evolved into the Light, as it serves as their protection and will simply return negative energy to the sender.

The battle is often between you and your ego, that can rule your life if you let it. It does it with your permission, because it is you who has put that mindset into place. It represents what you believe you are, and often relates to you in terms of how much �respect� you demand from other people. You probably know someone like that who is inflated with his or her own importance, and expects it to be acknowledged. The seven deadly sins summed it up very well, and they give you an indication of what may be holding you back from evolving. If you have the desire to ascend and move into the dimensions of Light, then clearly you must begin to live your life as one who wishes to emulate on Earth, what you believe it is to be an ascended Being. We do not mean you have to reach a level of perfection as that would be extremely difficult, but with the intent to do so you will attract the higher energies to yourself and make progress. Once you understand where you need to bring changes into your life, you will focus upon them and can expect to be successful. On this subject, let us finally tell you that if you live as a Being of Light you will have no such problems, because your life will be one that is a true expression of your love for all.

Dear Ones, we do not want to make your tasks sound too difficult, as they are helped considerably by the incoming energies being beamed to Earth. As you attract them to yourself, so your vibrations lift up. There would eventually come a point where the lower energies could not touch you, and would become transmuted. Imagine millions of souls that have reached such levels and how they would carry others forward with them, because you would be influenced by the energies around you. Let us say that you enter a den of iniquity, the higher your vibrations the more you would �feel� the lower energies, and they would seem not only coarse and heavy but also very unpleasant. You are reacting in this way wherever you go, but it is only in the extremes that it has a pronounced affect upon you, as normally you do not notice it. Our energies are quite high and refined, which is why when you come into our presence you become very aware of them.

At a time when Ascension is uppermost in many people�s thoughts, there are many distractions. They do not necessarily have to occupy your time, but do see what is happening around you as signs of the changes that must take place. As always keep your vision on the future and you will cut your ties with all that is of the old paradigm. You cannot continue as it was before and indeed we doubt that many of you would, as the new times promise all that offers a totally harmonious and happy life. You ask us to free you from the designs of the dark Ones, and that call is being answered. Together we are going to establish the new paradigm with all of the attributes of a Golden Age. No more shall you be kept from your divine heritage, and your freedom will be returned so that every soul has an equal opportunity to ascend.

The sabre rattling between the U.S. and North Korea is symptomatic of countries that interfere with progress of others, and their confrontational postures are dangerous and unproductive if it is meant to keep the peace. It is the lack of intent to seriously approach the desire for a peaceful co-existence, that has kept you in a constant state of readiness for war. It is of course welcomed by those who stand to gain from them, and very profitable for those dealing in arms and other equipment. However, as we have often informed you, we will not allow nuclear weapons to be used. The time is approaching when peace will be declared, and all types of armaments will be banned. Furthermore we will also monitor, Earth and prevent any attempts to falsely start wars of whatever nature.

You are that near to 2012 that you can almost touch it, and because time has speeded up so dramatically it will be upon you before you know what has happened. We know many get worried as we race through 2010, but be assured that we are aware of the reasons behind the present delays. They will not drag on too long, and there will still be ample time for us to complete our mission. Life at present for you is like being on the Big Dipper, it can be frightening as you are experiencing a series of ups and downs. However, the path is going to straighten out, and your final period on Earth will be smooth and exhilarating. It will help immensely when you have been fully made aware of what it entails, and everyone will know before Ascension takes place. Even now there are many souls quite unaware as to what is happening, that is causing so much upheaval upon Earth. We must change that situation and indeed that will be quite quickly carried out, through incorporating your communications system with our technology. Unlike now it will not be controlled by those who limit your freedom of expression. However, it carries with it a responsibility to use it wisely and for the good of all.

But for our coming, you would have eventually found yourselves virtual prisoners in your own lands. Even now the Illuminati still look for the means of restricting your freedom further, but it will be pointless as they will be removed before it can benefit them. Their insidious plans played out for many, many years have crept up on you without your realisation, and have relied on creating an false enemy that could be blamed for all of your problems. Dear Ones the enemy has always been within, and have been masquerading as your benevolent friends and carers. With the help of people who have risked their lives and sometimes paid for it that way, you have gradually learnt the truth of how you have been fooled. The battle has not however just been on the physical level, but also for the capture of your souls and to prevent you ascending. You may ask how can they do it, and we will tell you that it is by keeping you trapped in the lower vibrational levels. Fortunately, the Lightworkers have been waking up many souls, and through their work have helped create a powerful grid of Light around the Earth. Through it is fed more Light coming into it from points out in Space, and it has acted as your Wayshower. You attract it to yourself, and everyone benefits as it is grounded upon Earth.

Your battles at the higher level are simply between the Light and dark, and it goes on with the vast majority of souls having little awareness of it. The dark influences are attracted from without the Earth, and move around and through the Universe looking for a similar vibration. Equally, now that you are lifting up your consciousness levels the Light energies will find you. Your Solar System approaches a high energy point that will lift you even higher, and that will be a gain that will stay with you. The greater plans that control what is happening on a Universal scale are God�s answer to every soul that desires to ascend and are your assurance of success. We see that in the midst of your troubles and concerns it is easy to overlook the greater picture, but it is there for you as well as all other dimensions. Ascension is not complete without you, and in that respect you are as important as any other civilisation in the Universe.

Our allies are forging ahead with their plans, and as they do more people who are sympathetic to their aims are joining them. It means that they are becoming stronger and when the time comes to get moving, there is plenty of support. The dark Ones felt they had it all to themselves, but that has never been the case as the plan of God allowed for the Light to also develop to keep them in check. It started a long time ago in the higher realms, and has gradually manifested on Earth in time to thwart their final thrust for complete world control. In a manner of speaking we have crept up on them unnoticed, and it is too late for them to recover. Like the wounded animal they are, they lash out at all around them but they fight for a lost cause. Our approach is one of caution in the certainty that when we strike, it will be the precise moment that will bring us success. As you know we do not use force, and can defend ourselves without being involved in altercations. Our defence is being able to disarm our aggressors without being involved in confrontations, and they have no answer to such technologies.

Meanwhile back on the Earth you wait with some trepidation to find out if the Gulf Oil spill has in fact been stopped, and whether the effects of it will be spread much further when the hurricane season starts. Unfortunately it is inevitable, but however far it extends we will help you clear that up. For a complete recovery, you will have to wait until we are officially invited to do so. We are working on that, and it must happen with prior announcements from your President Obama. We choose this moment to re-assure you that he is the right man, to lead you out of the era that has all but destroyed democracy. However. Like us he is unable to progress until the rogue government is removed, and he has a free hand to implement the real plan for your rescue. There are bad laws to be repealed, freedom to be restored and the Constitution to be dusted down and presented to you once more. The world waits for such a lead, and it will come in the course of the cleansing that is taking place.

As the days go by so the path for Man to take becomes clearer. The past must be buried and looked upon as a failed attempt to corrupt you, and take away all of your rights. In that respect you have won hands down, but only in the last century when it could have easily gone the other way. What is important now is to complete the victory, by moving as swiftly as possible on to the path to Ascension and clearing away all that no longer serves you. We are with you all of the way, sharing our Love and Light with you. It will be wondrous and fulfilling to feel the happiness with which we will be greeted, and your sigh of relief that the hard times are nearly over.

Pride has its place in life and there is certainly nothing wrong with being proud of your achievements. In fact where some individuals are concerned it comes from the desire to be cleansed on all levels, as part of becoming more of the Light. Cleanliness and tidiness is a sign of a mindset that desires to present that person as looking to bring perfection into their life. It is caring about self and having respect for the temple that you call your body, which is your physical vehicle throughout life. Thought as always is a creative power, and as you envision yourself so you manifest what you want to be. When you begin to live in the Light you draw harmony and balance into your life, and it is part of your transition to a higher level of expression. However, it does not mean that those who carry no such aspirations are without spiritual understanding. Seeking upliftment is a stage that you go through when you do not feel at ease in the lower vibrations, and it will come to all in good time. You cannot really avoid it as the energies being beamed to Earth, are raising your level of consciousness higher than before. With it comes a desire for beauty and harmony in both a spiritual and physical sense.

In the course of the changes coming to Earth, the mass consciousness will dramatically change and people will see what is around them in a different light. For example you will move into a preference for new designs particularly in building, and the traditional square shapes will give way to those that are circular. Materials used will be more natural, and you will advance to organic materials such as we normally use. Of course you do use natural materials, but you also cover large areas of the Mothers Earth�s surface with concrete, and it stops her from breathing. You will know already that we build our Spacecraft with organic materials, and they are programmed with levels of consciousness that makes them self-proficient. Visitors to our craft have noted how the crews can interact with them to a very high degree. Naturally when we can move amongst you, we shall share such knowledge with you so that your advancement will speed ahead.

There is much for you to learn that needs revising in light of the truth we shall bring. It is to be expected that some of your beliefs and theories are inaccurate, and what we shall do is enable you to make a quantum leap into the future. There is as you might say a lot of catching up to do, and also the development of many good ideas you have already been working on. Nanotechnology is one example of what you have seen as a desirable advancement, and it will come into being. It is unfortunate that so many advancements that could have benefited Mankind, have been deliberately hidden away to keep the status quo where profit is put before your well-being. Yet massive amounts of your money have been invested in new technologies for military power. While these policies are followed, you are clearly not going to see peace come to your world. However, that is soon to all change and the war machine will grind to a halt and be dismantled. We shall bring you peace and ensure that all weaponry is neutralised by our higher technologies. We are coming not to perpetuate the old life style, but introduce you to an easier and more satisfying way that will restore your sovereignty. You are to become free to have more time to follow your own pursuits, and the drudgery of life will be removed and replaced with more acceptable conditions that allow time for it.

The changes are lined up and in a well advanced state, that means once we can commence events will move forward quite quickly to say the least. You can sense that the dark Ones are losing their grip on you, and as they do so they will be unable to re-claim lost ground. We are blocking any moves they may make to establish any major threat, having already averted the potential of a serious incident. We are here to lead you on to a successful conclusion in your quest for Ascension. That result is beyond doubt and is already written in the annals of time. You may therefore set your sights fully upon ascending, and the plan is being supported by many Councils and individuals who are also helping you go forward. You would undoubtedly be surprised if you knew how many of them were with you at this time.

There are times when you feel that you need extra support, and in such instances it is as well to remember that you can contact your Higher Self. We often mention about allowing time for yourself and this is one of those occasions. If you have the names of your Guides then use them to make a contact, and if you have attached yourself to one of the great Angelic Beings such as Archangel Michael even better. Your prayers or petitions will be heard, and the answers may come in unexpected ways, such as through another source. You are indeed never alone, and in your times of need your Guides draw closer to you and welcome contact with you.

The Solar Cycle draws to a close and we the Galactic Federation are with you to experience the final days. This time unlike Atlantis you have avoided destroying yourselves, and rightly deserve the opportunity of Ascension. In its time Atlantis was a great spiritual civilisation, but then the darkness descended upon them and they spiralled out of control down the path to oblivion. So many of you now on Earth were there in its demise, and subconsciously you still carry memories of that time. It is why perhaps you have felt fear at the possibility of another collapse leading to extinction. However, the signs are positive and as we mentioned, you are picking it up and it is helping you overcome your doubts. There are however a number of different predictions for the end times, and if you find that confusing rely on your intuitive feelings.

Selamat Jarin! We return with more to discuss with you! Right now, the ongoing difficulties affecting the European Union�s banking system continue to deepen. These developments are only the tip of the iceberg of what is to come. A vast quantity of derivatives, debentures, and other monetary instruments are coming due, and there is no apparent financial remedy for the havoc they can cause. Similar situations are likewise brewing in other parts of your world. The dark cabal is starting to realize that its policy of lying about these things will no longer work, and new excuses need to be concocted, and rapidly. Meanwhile, our Earth allies are waiting for all this to come to a head so that the final push toward manifesting a new financial system can finally commence. Furthermore, the dark�s stranglehold on the global money supply is beginning to slip. The euro, the dollar, and the yen are in trouble, and doomsday scenarios are already underway in China, India, and the Middle East. Something has to give, and this �give� has to be the superseding of the Dumbarton Oaks treaty. A new system needs to be implemented now!

This requirement is being firmly resisted by the dark cabal. Negotiations between the US Treasury and several central banks determined this to be the one true option. Reordering the dollar is a move that the US Treasury refuses publicly to consider; in private, it is another story. The dollar and the Federal Reserve Bank (FRB) need a quick propping up, as the dollar is actually floating with a value determined by a bankrupt FRB. This is influencing Europe and Japan to demand the reconfiguration of the euro and the yen within a new monetary equation. This equation comprises a precious-metal-backed currency, coupled with new standards of international conduct for the banking industry. To the US and Wall Street bankers this is a most bitter pill to swallow. As the crisis worsens, our Earth allies keep explaining to the dark cabalists that the best solution is to let a new system sponsored and run by our Earth allies in the door. This is the poison pill that the dark sees it may be forced to swallow. But it persists in doing all it can to avoid what amounts to its death sentence, yet this is fast becoming inevitable.

The pressure of collective opinion from most of the world�s nations leaves the governments of the West in a dilemma. Any putative signs of growth are quickly eroding. Each �developed� nation is hitting bumps produced by unemployment, consumer confidence, or the weakness of its currency, which means that the system is showing signs of imminent collapse. We have seen many experts on your world talk openly about a �third� economic crash. Such talk makes the cabal�s minions queasy, rendering the poison-pill scenario more and more likely. To this end, our Earth allies are busy jockeying within the vast unwieldy enigma that is the old financial system to find a way to override this doomed behemoth. Their aim is to impose a new financial system and remove the governments which support the old one; e.g. the US corporate regime that is working hard to keep the Dumbarton Oaks system from collapse. This row is reaching a decisive point, as the US corporatocracy treads water and sees the enormous tidal wave of debt bearing down on its precarious position. The end of the dollar is near!

Your global society has another decisive factor to deal with: nature (Gaia)! Development of your society over the past 200 years created an expansion that ran rampant over its surroundings. This became an unnatural bubble that sooner or later had to burst. The first intimation of this was the ecology movement of the 1970s, which alerted us to the fact that some of you were awakening to a recognition of the overwhelming importance of nature. Mother Earth was being severely wounded by the loss of her forests, marshlands, and plain open spaces by the ceaseless spread of your society. You are now reaping what you have so carelessly sown: Nature is dying. The biodiversity, so essential to the well-being of your world, is at a tipping-point; and if it is lost, your society is ultimately doomed as well. Yet those who control your world seem unable to recognize this fact or come up with necessary accommodations. This utter intransigence compels our Earth allies to push these dark ones from power.

The present state of the dark cabal v. Earth allies conflict resembles the end of a punishing uphill race: both sides are exhausted, but our Earth allies seem to have got a second wind which could get them first past the finishing line! Nevertheless, the dark is not yet ready to concede defeat and its minions continue to cook up schemes to delay the inevitable. Our Earth allies maintain their advantage but lack a means to deliver the knockout blow. However, several upcoming events have the potential to create such a condition by default. The dark�s true Achilles heel is the torpedoed monetary system which is on its last legs. When it collapses, the rest can only fall in on itself. In the resulting vacuum, the new financial system can roll out, unimpeded, bring new governance to the fore. These regimes will reframe how the world works and will spell the end of the present sorry lineup of pseudo governments.

The practice of government on your world needs to embrace fully the unalienable rights of each sovereign citizen. These rights form the foundation of galactic society, and in the American Declaration of Independence the Ascended Masters set out to proclaim these basics and to ask for a government capable of exercising these principles. Saint Germaine strongly intended America to be a beacon and a showcase for these axioms, and it is a shame that slavery was allowed to continue in order to gain the approval of the southern states. Despite this, the document remains a strong statement in favor of personal sovereignty and the role of government in preserving it. The 18th century was just beginning to see how this new concept of governance operated, but additional �nuances� were still needed to make it truly efficacious.

The idea that remained beyond the mental reach of those who dabbled in the theories and practice of governance was the problem of creating a power entity with sufficient self-censorship and motivation to defend its citizens from all onslaughts against their natural rights. The initial concept was a republic. This could be simply a loose confederation or, alternatively, one comprising a central corps endowed with certain powers enabling it to arbitrate among a loose confederation of sovereign states. Each state in turn was to be the defender of each citizen�s rights. The prime question then was how this was to be legislated and adjudicated, and this conundrum still stands. The rise in consciousness has recently thrown this unresolved issue into sharp relief, as ages-old rights abuses become unacceptable to an awakening humanity.

What is now added to this mix is the promise of abundance. Universal prosperity can redistribute power throughout society but this also triggers the necessity of educating everyone on the truths that surround them. The public miseducation system and the blatant manipulation of the mass media have invested the populace with a desire for access to new and truthful information that can begin to resolve the multitude of urgent, global threats. We fully intend to support this need by providing the facts about your society and ours. As you move toward full consciousness the prime concept of personal sovereignty enters the spotlight. Then, in an atmosphere of open discussion, you can decide how best to head your global society toward its bright future.

Fame and wealth are looked upon as an achievement to be desired; yet so often they are difficult to handle. Your privacy which you value is intruded upon and literally your life is not your own. Some people are prepared to withstand such a loss, and live out their make believe lives in circumstances that are no guarantee of happiness. Show business is surrounded by glamour and the need for success, and failure is often experienced with inconsolable grief. So who can lead a so-called ordinary life and find happiness and satisfaction. The majority of people are in lives where they struggle to make ends meet, or even to survive. Yet some manage to find a purpose in life that does give satisfaction, and it is through serving others. When you have found a way to help others, it gives an inner feeling of having discovered a true path, that allows you to express your love and experience fulfilment.

There is within each one of you a desire to love and be loved; yet not everyone can express that in terms of freely giving of themselves. The energy of love is powerful and can work miracles, and costs you nothing to share with others. When it is given without seeking reward, and with no conditions you are well on the way to being able to give unconditional love. That indeed should be the goal you are working towards, and if you struggle to achieve it do not be too concerned. With the ever-increasing upliftment of the vibrations you will naturally attract higher energy to yourself, and it will become much easier to hold the love vibration. Everyone can work towards such levels, and those that are successful rarely seek fame or gain beyond what is necessary for their immediate requirements. Lightworkers know their life plan and are not distracted by the search for fame, although it sometimes comes with success. It is knowing how to control it that prevents it from taking over your life, so that you can continue with full focus on your work.

Service to others is not necessarily seen as an attractive occupation, yet its rewards are manifold. You cannot take anything with you when you complete your life plan, but you will have the inner growth and joy of having spent it in a beneficial way. It does not require that you become one of the leading lights, and every contribution however small helps uplift the level of the mass consciousness. The capitalist way of thinking tends to promote greed, but there are of course some successful people who because they are blessed that way, do not forget to share their wealth. Because of it they sometimes achieve exceptional levels of generosity, but it is not the amount that is important but the thought behind it. This is exemplified by the biblical story of the widow�s mite, as she gave when her needs were as great as anyone else�s.

So where are we heading with our message and why now, and we will tell you that the changes on Earth are becoming more widespread, and leaving many people in dire need of help. That position will worsen for all manner of reasons, and it begs of you that until it changes for the better that you try to help ease other people�s distress. The challenge of these times is putting a lot of pressure on you, but you can help prevent it becoming chaotic by getting together and organising some kind of relief. It will provide an answer until the coming of real help, and the changes in your governments that will start a new era of beneficial changes on a large worldwide scale.

Be assured that at all times we continue to keep a check on the well being of Mother Earth, with your Ascension in mind. There is a balance that we are responsible for, and it stops matters really getting out of hand. You will complete this cycle as decreed and in that sense it does not matter whatever the dark Ones attempt to do, they will not stop completion as planned. After all Dear Ones, you may conjecture that you have God on your side, and the Light is all-powerful. In reality God favours no one, but allows all souls to experience as they desire, using their God given freewill. In fact God loves all souls and is waiting to welcome them back to the Source, by which time your Light will have been completely restored.

As fellow travellers we admire your confidence and tenacity in taking on duality, as it is far removed from the wonderful levels of Light that you came from. Now you are at the end of your journey and hardly realise what you have achieved. To have left your home of absolute beauty and bliss amongst the stars, and an enduring state of being within the love vibration was an immense decision to take. You were aware of the nature of the challenge, and took heart that whatever happened you would never be forsaken. You were promised help and direction, so that no matter how far you became immersed in the lower energies you would rise up again. That promise has been kept, and already you have emerged from the dark sufficiently, to recognise your own divinity and link to the Light. The awakening continues to speed up and you are beginning to feel the expansion in your consciousness. Now Ascension is in your sights and so near to taking place, that you have only a few more years before you lift up with Mother Earth.

When you look at the larger picture, realise that you can ignore what is going on around you as it cannot last long, and you are stepping onto a new path that leaves it all behind. The new paradigm is taking shape, and as you focus on the future will imbue it with the power to manifest. You are creating all of the time but now you have the powerful energies directed to Earth, and they are far more potent than ever before. Because of this latent power it is in fact good practise to monitor your thoughts and emotions, and direct them only for the good of all. As time passes you will be helped to master such a degree of control, and it is one of our tasks when we arrive upon Earth. We come to do much that is of a physical nature, but we do not forget that your upliftment is for your spiritual evolution.

You hear from many sources that your reality is an illusion, yet for you it is quite real as you experience the physicality of the 3rd. dimension. Yet it is an illusion inasmuch that it is not your true reality. For that reason it has been correctly referred to as an experiment, which you willingly offered to take part in. The consciousness of All That Is which you refer to as the Creator, desired to know how its godsparks would deal with separation as experienced in duality. You part in it is drawing to a close as the cycle ends, and unless you wish to continue experiencing in the lower dimensions you will be lifted up again. Subconsciously you have memories of your time in the higher dimensions, and that is why for most of you that idea of Ascension is welcomed. Some souls have become so used to your present dimension, that they cannot imagine anything better and are fearful of change. Problems arise about what will happen to your family and friends, and naturally you have concern for their wellbeing. Be assured that each soul has its own path to follow, and whilst you may come together in families that is not a permanent arrangement. You attract each other because you have certain experiences you desire, and all of you benefit from the family set up. Of course there are some beautiful loving relationships, and it is most likely you will meet again in subsequent lives. Even in those that prove volatile, there are often souls that already know each other and because of the love they have, will sacrifice it for the purpose of helping each of them to evolve. Believe it or not, once you return to the �other side� your earthly experiences can be put aside, and love returns between those who were at loggerheads on Earth with each other.

What we are trying to do is get you to see how little your time on the Earth resembles your true abode. In duality it is of course a challenge most of the time because of the absence of Light, although that is quickly changing as you create a pathway of Light to Ascension. However, because of the contrast between the dark and Light, you do have some illuminating experiences that can be most ecstatic and uplifting. The Earth is certainly the place to test yourself, and indeed that is the very reason you took the challenge on. If you wish you can sit on a cloud and play your harp for all eternity, but there is so much you can do to bring knowledge and understanding to yourself. You are naturally always seeking and expanding your Light, as you make your way back to the higher dimensions. As ascended Beings we are also still searching, and we have the Galaxy within which to have new experiences. Join us and we shall travel far and wide, and home will be wherever we station ourselves as we take it with us. We refer of course to the gigantic Mother Ships that are like enormous cities, and provide for your every need.

We want you to be excited at the thought of becoming Galactic Beings, because that will be your future selves when you have become fully conscious Beings. The plan already exists for your growth into such a Being, and you will be overjoyed at the prospect once you know the details. We will participate in your advancement, and Ascension is the first real step towards it. In time your lives in duality will seem so distant, that the memories will soon be forgotten. After all you are ascending with the new Earth in all its beauty and fully restored to its pristine condition, so why indeed would you want to think of her in other way. There is of course beauty on Earth now, but it is a pale reflection of what she will soon be, so you have some idea of what splendours are in store for you.

There seems to be so much aggression on Earth, both of a physical nature and in words and gestures. Some of it arises from people being �disturbed� by the higher energies coming in, as they cannot handle them. They become disorientated and strike out in anger and confusion. In contrast those of the Light become more serene and joyful as they continue to be lifted up. The Light is sorting out the wheat from the chaff, but there is no shame or guilt attached to the slow developers. The sorting out is unavoidable, but it is necessary so that souls finds themselves where they are best served for their evolution. It happens all of the time, as evolution is a progression of steps that take you onto levels that are right for your experience and development.

Now you are seeing out the cycle of duality, and at times there will be mayhem, but it is the end of an era that has taken you to the depths of darkness and you have survived. At last the Light has broken through and there is only one way forward and that is upwards. Leave duality behind and try not to let it influence you, as your sights should be on whatever you need to tread firmly on the path to Ascension. The door to your future is opening wide, and it will accommodate every soul that has ambitions to be part of it.

We of the Galactic Federation are totally ready for action and we have the advantage of knowing exactly what your needs are, through our extensive coverage of you and your planet. We respect your privacy, but if needs required it we could see right into your buildings and focus on whomsoever we wished. We can hear your conversations, or even read your minds, which is useful when dealing with the dark Ones. It is why their plans will never succeed, as we know too much about them. We take preventative action and our allies are very active in these roles. We do not like confrontation or threats, and our approach is diplomatic but firm.

Each day that passes brings you nearer to completion, and nearer to our open contact with you. But first the preliminaries, and although the announcement we seek has not yet been made, there are now many individuals making their voices heard. It is putting pressure on the authorities that cannot hold back for very much longer. We would like to get started before next spring, so we will do all we can to assist our allies to this end. We do still of course have a deadline date by which we should have started, and clearly it is not that far into the future.
