Selamat Jarin! We return with more to discuss with you. At present, the Earth allies have instituted a worldwide Intelligence blackout to demonstrate to everyone that they are applying the necessary security measures in anticipation of the first domino of the changes. The �roadblocks� are now self-imposed as our Earth allies slow down their operations in order to make sure that all potential opponents are removed from any position where they could cause delays to the immense global changes. So far, the remnants of the dark cabal have shown no proclivity to further hinder our Earth allies� good works. The final agreements are in place, as are the funds to carry out the numerous governmental and financial changes. All is in readiness for the grand plan to be implemented. Meanwhile, our inner ring of ships around Mother Earth is prepared to carry out its many pre-landing assignments. Our Earth allies are fully aware that Heaven has given us all the �green light� to act when the time is ripe, and to this end, we have recalled our various planetary patrols and stand ready to act!

For her part, Mother Earth is accelerating the preparatory stage of a series of massive, global earth changes. Your planet and her Spiritual Hierarchy tell us that time is running out, and it is therefore essential that some sort of pre-evacuation warnings be issued. Pursuant to this, the waiting interim governments comprehend the need to reprioritize their schedule of changes, and we are working with them on plans that meet the Earth Hierarchy�s criteria. The most pressing issue is to ascertain how best to prepare each of you for the much reduced time span before departure from the planet surface becomes necessary. A general intensification of planetary activity is also being noticed by your astronomers, who see an upsurge of unaccountable activity happening throughout your solar system. The heightened activity is affecting the space stations and shuttles in near-earth orbit and has lead to the cancellation of most rocket-propelled, manned space missions. In fact, your seriously panicked secret governments are using their antigravity fleet in a desperate bid to avail themselves of a hi-tech escape plan.

The dark cabalists� attempts to defy Earth�s Spiritual Hierarchy are typical of them, but fear is now compelling them to physically challenge our clearly stated prohibitions: we have informed them in no uncertain terms that their operations are limited to the planet and its atmosphere; likewise, the Agarthans have banned the cabal�s craft from Inner Earth. This puts the cabal in a predicament that has only one solution: to surrender, and to do so ASAP! Your lovely planet is turning to the Light and it is time for you to be informed of what lies ahead. Your dark elites� sources of information have made them vividly aware that their physical survival is now at stake. It is essential for them to surrender and permit our Earth allies to get on with the announcements detailing what is to happen and why. Mother Earth is in the final stages before serious earth changes begin. Further, Heaven requires you to be informed that you are not alone in the galaxy and that your space and spiritual families are here to bring you, with Love and grace, back into full consciousness.

This process of divine change has been tampered with by the dark and its endless infernal schemes. Our task has been to counter these infamous activities and to keep your changes to Heaven�s timetable. Our multiple star-nation command board meets daily to put together programs ensuring that Heaven�s decrees are carried out. No single star-nation has the power to thwart these divine operations. We are acting as one to guarantee that Heaven�s commands are accomplished by means of this first contact mission. To this end, we have set up a series of guidelines that our diplomatic missions are extending to the Earth allies and various governments on your world. We have made it very clear that this is the time for action. Your long-suffering planet makes it evident, too, that the string of delays that has punctuated the recent past must end. We are advised to plan for all possible contingencies and to be ready to carry them out at a moment�s notice.

Our fleets are at the ready, and we have compiled a series of back-up announcements to cover any eventualities we may face. These range from simple, forthright announcements informing you of our existence and the need to start mass landings, to emergency broadcasts warning you of imminent earth changes that require us to evacuate you from your surface homes. In the case of the former, we can then also address the secret technologies and set the timing for our arrival on your shores. In any event, we greatly prefer that these broadcasts be delivered by the interim governments. Mother Earth desires, above all, to see far more progress than is happening at present. Those actions that set the stage for an interim world need to happen. We cannot overstate the importance of this. Our purpose here is to shepherd what is now underway to a smooth and rapid success.

Our deep involvement in your affairs has afforded us many new and interesting insights into the dark�s operation on your world. We were told about its modus operandi long ago and have spent the past two decades seeing it all in action. The extent to which the dark has been able to change you from a strong, integrated Being into a weak and compliant one that is so divided against itself that you actually �die� after a few decades is quite astonishing. Happily, Heaven is reintegrating and restoring you to your former power and abilities so that you can contribute significantly to the unfolding of the divine plan in physicality. We gleefully look forward to this wondrous transformation and intend to welcome you back with great fanfare. Your hard-won wisdom has the power to accelerate certain consciousness-oriented developments now brewing throughout this galaxy.

This galaxy is undergoing a vast transformation toward the Light. Everywhere, formerly dark star-nations and immense empires are becoming less dictatorial and more inclined toward personal sovereignty and individual rights. There, everyone is highly motivated to develop a Lightbody and to transcend the limitations of 3-D physicality. This longing has enticed many to focus on what you are going through, and so it is in everyone�s best interests for us to advise and mentor you back into full consciousness. Besides, you are part of our space family. Humans were given the gift of a Lightbody and Heaven has protected it from destruction. The following chapter of our joint history is predicated on your return to the Light, so you can see that this sacred transformation of yours is most important to us.

The pressure-cooker that is first contact is boiling over! It is imperative that the agenda drawn up between our Earth allies and us now be completed. First, we need to get the waiting caretaker governments into power, together with the prosperity fund deliveries which will kick-start the gold-backed financial system. Then we are to co-sponsor the unveiling of a series of remarkable new technologies, adding ours to the pot. Third, we need, together, to address Mother Earth and quickly remedy her current condition. You need to adopt a whole new set of perceptions and come to honor her role in your evolution. She is a living Being and you are her invited guests. You need to become independent, and fully responsible guardians of her diverse ecosystems.

Today, we addressed various developments happening on your world and explained how these relate to the first contact mission. Mother Earth is subtly pursuing a course that is intended to force the hand of the dark and demonstrate how vital it is for our Earth allies to swiftly complete their complex agenda. In view of the relatively short time you now have before Ascension, it is wise to put your house in order. It would make it easier all round for you, and your Guides will be able to help you more directly. They are with you from birth, and as you might say allocated to you because of their experience which fits in nicely with your life plan. Knowing that you would be living the fullness of this particular life, they like you want to ensure that you clear any outstanding karma. In your moments of quietness and contemplation, you may find that you become aware of the lessons that you came to work out. After this cycle ends you will no longer need to experience quite the same, as you will have become uplifted and able to live completely in the Light.

Your whole time in duality has been to find your way from the limitations of the lower dimension, and be ready to ascend as the opportunity presents itself. If you are honest about your shortcomings, it will not require too much application to overcoming them. Much help is with you as soon as you ask, and it would be unusual if in those circumstances you failed. Once you have the intent to uplift yourself and move into the Love and Light, there is really no reason why you should not achieve total success. You can certainly do it, and it is a path that you have walked before and simply forgotten as you dropped into duality.

The affairs of Earth will gradually hold less and less interest for you, as you detach from the lower vibrations. Your focus quite correctly will be on the future of beauty and the peace of the higher vibrations, and you will be helping to bring them into manifestation. It is possible for you to let the world pass by without becoming involved in its problems. Be aware of what is happening but do not connect with it unless it is in your interests. Your energies should not be wasted, but applied to anything that is uplifting. There is plenty you can do if you desire to serve others, and you will not have far to look to find an opportunity. Since you are all One, any help you give is lifting another soul up and exponentially increasing the level of mass consciousness. Everything is about energy, and your power of thought can mould it in any way you may wish. As you climb the ladder to the higher dimensions so it becomes more instantaneous. As you do so you will also learn to correctly control such abilities.

There are all kind of developments awaiting you, and gradually you will realise that the promised changes are under way. Once they commence there will be no stopping them, and Man will have to be alert to follow everything that is happening. Speed will be of the essence to minimise any inconvenience to you, but you will sail through it with your usual courage and strength. The dawn of changes will continue increasing, until the Light fully illuminates the Earth. Then you shall experience the peace that knows no equal, and will carry into the New Age.

The Galactic Federation is not here just for you to see the changes through, and we have much to offer where your spiritual advancement is concerned. For centuries you have been misinformed as to the purpose of your life, sometimes through ignorance and other times through deliberate intent. All about you will be revealed, with particular care to ensure that you are clear in your minds as to what Ascension is about. Your world history has been distorted for the same reasons, and when truthfully revealed you will be shocked at how you have been used. However, it has to be said that if you had collectively aspired to raising the Light upon Earth, you could have moved onto a different pathway that would have rewritten it all. We do not chastise you in anyway, but facts are facts that cannot be denied. Perhaps some unknowingly conceded their power to those who were only too eager to rule you for their own benefit. Now you are becoming aware that each of you is a soul from the Source and has unlimited power. Use it now wisely and you shall play your hand in bringing a successful end to this cycle.

You wish to be like us, and that indeed is your destiny as divinely decreed. We are where you are intended to be as you take your place in the 5th. Dimension, where you will be able to fully express your Divine Self. Many serve others now and are consciously working at the higher level already. There is a powerful force within that motivates you, and brings out your spiritual expression in whatever you do. You are an excellent example of what can be achieved when you have a good contact with your Higher Self. As we often recommend, it can be achieved by finding yourself a suitable meditation that brings you peace and harmony. You will benefit from such direct communication, and you will know quite positively when that link is made. In such circumstances, the ego will be set aside and there will be no mistaking the source of them.

Remember that every soul on Earth is travelling a path of their choosing, so allow for many approaches to reach the same goal. They will differ inasmuch that you are at different levels of understanding, and some are way behind others. There is no deadline involved, as you progress at a speed to suit you. However, anyone who desires to ascend will need to set themselves a target, to ensure they are ready for it at the end of this cycle. You will already have a good idea as to your prospects of achieving success, but never give up trying to raise your consciousness. Success is often shown by subtle changes in the way you conduct yourselves. Suddenly you will find your caring and love for others extends to everyone, as you recognise the soul within as one of Light.

I am SaLuSa from Sirius, and when I ask you to see us as your brothers and sisters, it is because our relationship is one of being in a great Galactic family. You may at times feel you are lesser beings, but that is far from the truth. It is simply because you have felt alone and separated from the Source. That was necessary in part so that you could deeply experience what it would be like. However, it was also intended to allow you to find your way back, and at this point in time many of you are well on the way back to full consciousness. You are on course to complete your journey in duality with the closing of this cycle. BY THE GALACTIC FEDERATION

ON THEIR FIRST CONTACT

Preliminary Draft��..

On behalf of the Galactic Federation and the Spiritual Hierarchy, we greet you. We would like to assure you that we are of the Light, and that we

come to you in the service of your Creator to assist and advise you so

that you may better understand and react to the changes which will soon

be upon you and your planet.

With your limited vision, and your relationship with self-centeredness and conflict, you may be tempted to suspect that we have come to harm or to

conquer you. There

are indeed forces in your universe who might have such intentions. But their powers have been largely neutralized at this

time. I have already assured you and gladly assure you once again that

we are of the Light, and that we are here for your benefit.

The time has now come for a general movement upwards, a sorting of those who are ready to move up, and those who are not. Your planet is to be cleansed

physically as well as on the spiritual level, for she has suffered much

harm in acting as

your host. It is important that you have some idea of what lies immediately ahead and why it is to take place, so that you

may prepare yourselves. This is our first task.

You have collectively made great advances in science and technology, but in so doing, you have often neglected another important source of information,

namely your

intuition. In your obsession with things physical, things which can be

seen, felt, measured and tested, you have gained the impression that if you cannot see or feel it, it cannot therefore

exist. Your eyes are closed to any possibilities outside your own area

of recognition. But I must tell you, that there is more unseen than is

seen, there is more miscomprehension than comprehended, there is more

to your world and your universe than you could presently imagine. The

density of matter is

important. Physical objects have different densities, people�s physical frames have different densities, so also do

worlds. We are of a lighter, finer density that you, as also are the

manifestations which you call spirits or ghosts. Place some pebbles in a

sieve, then pour water over them and see how the finer density of water

allows it to pass around the denser pebbles. That is why ghosts can

pass through walls. That is how our spacecraft can move about invisibly

to your eyes, though we are able

to make ourselves visible to your senses at will. That is why there is

so much going on around you that is invisible to your eyes.

Planet Earth at present exists on the densest possible level as a reflection of the environment in which you live and conduct yourselves and the lessons you

have chosen to learn. Each planet or universe or civilization has its

constitution,

similar in spirit and intent to the constitutions of your more evolved

governments. The concept of constitution is to lay down the outer, absolute boundaries of approved behavior beyond which

neither individuals nor governments may pass. Planet Earth has been

given the gift of Free Will, as have many others. But unlike others,

your Free Will has been given without boundaries. Thus you have been

able to go to extremes of violence and self gratification at the expense

of others, extremes which in other civilizations would not be

permitted. In this

way you yourselves, and all of us who observe you and experience your

world by co-relation, can learn of the effects which such actions can

set in motion. But this situation will

shortly come to an end. For now is a time of sorting and of moving upwards. It

is a time of revision, of assessment, of taking new paths. It includes

your entire planet, and indeed a much wider circle of worlds

beyond your own. Your planet is to be cleansed, and its people will

move to new worlds according to their evolution and aspirations, in

order to learn new lessons in new environments. This will give each

individual the opportunity to review his or her life and attitudes, and

to consider the kind of future to which he or she aspires.

Having given you just a brief idea of what is to happen very shortly around you, I must now tell you of the task we have been given by Earth�s

Spiritual Guides and

Hierarchy, and how we propose to set about fulfilling our responsibilities.

It is our intent to use what in your language might be referred to as the �carrot and the

stick�. The �stick� is not, as you

might at first think, a weapon to be raised in aggression or anger or envy. This is not our way. Indeed the

�constitution� of our lives and civilization does not permit any of

these things. The �stick� we will

use is a rod of protection, and it is strict, tolerating no exceptions.

Already you will find that your weapons of war are losing their

effectiveness; over time these physical weapons will disintegrate into

dust, their aura of aggression and anger will be neutralized along with

their physical form. You will also find that anything used as a weapon

of aggression, even a stick or a fist raised in anger, will be stayed by

an unseen hand. Ultimately, you will find that when any words are to be

spoken in anger or aggression, the voice of the speaker will falter as

if gently choking, so that such words may not be expressed. Finally, as

the din of war is gradually stilled and the spirit of peace descends

upon your planet, we hope to reinforce it with an all-enveloping blanket

of love and goodwill. You must understand that although you may think

that victory is an achievement providing its rewards, you should know

that the continuance of war and competitive aggression which is a

constant feature of your planet has taken its toll upon your emotions

and your senses, creating a continuing tension. As this burden is

progressively lifted you will find yourselves lightening, becoming more

joyful, more able to see the beauty around you and the light in the

souls of others.

Perhaps you, with your tradition of total Free Will, may feel that this is an unwarranted

intrusion into your liberty. Although you may well agree in principle

that the neutralization of all anger and aggression together with all

weapons of war would be a wonderful thing, you may not feel altogether

comfortable with its imposition by an alien and foreign force. Yet I

must tell you that such rules are not unusual; indeed your planet is

almost unique in permitting such activities, which are not within the

constitutional bounds of other civilizations. Many of you may also feel

that while an end to violence is a good thing in principle, it is

necessary first of all to repay debts, to claim the �eye for the eye�.

But I must tell you that such vendettas, such acts of violence followed

by counter-violence in the name of honor, these acts have been going on

for centuries in your collective lives. Somewhere, at some time, the

perpetuation of violence must stop. This is now the place and the time.

I must also explain that if we are to help you, as we have been instructed to do, we must first ask you to be still. We cannot help and advise those

who are too busy

killing one another to listen to our words. If you could see your planet

from outer space as we do all the time, you would see a murky aura of

accumulated hate and aggression, and your ears would be deafened by the

constant clamor and din of war, the shooting and the bombs, the cries of

the wounded and the dying, and the destruction of so much of the

physical assets of your civilization which you have previously built

with expenditure of great effort and planetary resources. If only the

effort you have put into destruction and rebuilding could have been

directed into preserving and enhancing, of building upon building,

imagine how rich your civilization would now appear! But that is your

destiny and it is not for us to question it, only to point out that if

you are to listen, to be informed, to improve your conduct and make a

right decision when needed to do so, then you must first be stilled.

Our �stick� will be the rod of protection, ensuring that acts of aggression are halted so that the clash of war may be stilled and the spirit of

aggression, of violence

and revenge may be quietened.

The �carrot� of persuasion will take the form of suggestions as to how you may conduct your lives more peaceably, more spiritually, with the

�reward� that in so doing you may be more ready to move to a higher

level of being.

It is our hope that as you pause for a moment in your aggression and counter-aggression, when your ears are no longer filled with the din of

war and your senses not fully preoccupied with getting the better of

others before they get the better

of you, in that stillness and space of neutrality you may be persuaded

to begin afresh, and to build for yourselves a society where

relationships are based on mutual respect, non-aggression and

cooperation, on construction rather than destruction.

A daunting, perhaps even impossible task? No. Indeed it is much easier done than imagined. In other societies more developed than your own, there is one

guiding principle of conduct between people. It is a simple rule: first,

do no harm.

You must start early with your very youngest children, as we also do, teaching them what is to us the most important rule of life: respect others as you would have

them respect you. Think no unkind thoughts, say no unkind words, for

one only puts others down in order to make oneself feel greater. Learn

to value yourself for what you are; build upon your incarnated

foundation, develop yourself and your natural gifts, remembering only

that you should enrich your own life without impoverishing that of

others, emotionally, spiritually or physically.

Your governments too must reform themselves rapidly, for despite the belief which many hold that they live in a democracy, in truth few people trust

their governments to

act competently, honestly and efficiently. The purpose of government,

in the words of your Thomas Jefferson, is to prevent men from

injuring one another. If only you had but one government which did

just that, which ensured peace and true social justice among its people,

acting productively without undue waste, with honesty and transparency,

with the interests of the people � its customers � at heart, you would

never believe the beneficial, almost magical effect it would have. With

that one principle, there would be physical plenty for all to live

challenging and rewarding lives in a pleasant environment on a respected

planet.

As you shed your aggressive competitiveness, competing only with ignorance to create knowledge, competing only with poverty to create wealth which all

may share,

conducting your collective lives according to the principle of mutual

respect and cooperation, so all the dark, dank places you have created

for yourselves will be changed and brightened, those who have been put

down will find new freedom to make their own contribution, and the harm

done to your host planet can slowly be undone.

There will be little enough time for this new spirit to take root. But if you can only pause from your aggression long enough to enjoy the stillness

of peace, if you can

order your collective affairs according to Universal Laws long enough to

glimpse the rewards of peace, justice and cooperation, and if

experiencing these things each of you can profit from your new

environment in order to review your personal attitudes, your approach to

yourself and to others, you will then be in a position to embrace a

brighter future.

It is our wish to remain with you, and to communicate with you constantly in order to give you a wider view of that which you cannot see, of

developments around you and

how they will affect you. And in our behavior towards you, we will show

you the creative, nurturing power of love, of mutual caring and

assistance which we hope that you too will embrace among yourselves.

FEAR NOT MY BROTHERS and SISTERS in This World called Earth. For in times of

great disasters and in the midst of trouble times there will be a great

evacuation of all life on earth as the Earth moves in the 5th dimension

of reality. ALL ELECTRICAL devices will shut off because of the rising

frequency of the Earth. Many nations, races and countries will be

surprised from the mass landings and exposure of the galactic federation

light ships and light beings in the sky to every cities and regions of

every countries. Every living things, humans, animals, plants, natural

resources will be brought aboard the light ships. There shall be

segregation of negative and positive souls, separation of living souls

and souls without bodies, the good and the bad will be separated, many

5th dimensional humans from earth will be separated to 3rd dimensional

humans from earth. Reformation of all Earth human souls will be

enforced. Up in the light ships above the earth they will see the

magnificent transformation of the Earth, many of all human creation from

the surface of the earth will be destroyed by the massive changes

changing all lands and bodies of water, the Earth will expand 10 times

as it becomes a living light world with great aura of light around her

and having two new Earth-like moons orbiting her as the old moon will

be a defense light ship or observation outpost in the future watching

the new earth, the solar system and the entire universe will change for

the better. The new universe will be born from the great transformation

that will start the union of the evolve dense universe of matter,

higher astral water universe, and the light bodied energy universe which

will start the trinity universal existence separated to the causal or

energy SPIRIT Universe which is the home of higher dimensional beings.

The New Earth will be different having a new 5th dimensional

environment. There will be a widening of the Earth both in the inner

Earth world and surface Earth World reuniting in the future as the inner

world opening is expose, there will be no more deserts, tropical

paradise lands will be abundant and semi cold paradise regions will

have life, there will be livable land in clouds or sky lands floating

in the sky, Their will be domed environments and cities for terrestrial

life below in the great oceans, and There will be dimensional World

trees in all parts of the Earth; as you enter inside the trees you will

enter another continuity of the environment of the Earth as an extension

of the Earth�s massive environment. The elemental beings will be

reunited with mankind as co-administrators of the Earth. The new 5th

dimensional Earth will be in full color, all living things on Earth will

be much beautiful from the old Earth.

First Contact is an operation as a simple directive from the Sirian Regional Council; its

scope was expanded when the Main Federation Council approved this

action.

�First Contact� will start when a special series of major announcements are made by the world�s major governments, which will be

almost simultaneous. They will announce that E.T�s are here and

benevolent, and will acknowledge the part the Galactic Federation has

played, in assuring the new reality manifests according to the divine

plan. Once the series of formal announcements and the global delivery of

your abundance are complete, we will begin our own proceedings. These

will include a series of daytime flyovers. We will accompany them with

an announcement of who we are and what we are doing.

The next step will be a number of small landings. At this point, we will permit

you to inspect our craft and choose a few individuals to take a brief

�joyride� in or ships. �First Contact� would also take place, to land en

masse if requested by the Spiritual Hierarchy. Special, planet sized

command ships from the Scientific and Exploration fleets will serve as

the main command ships for the First Contact mission. Fifty human

star-nations are involved in �First Contact�. Our mission is divine and

our aim will be to manifest many important projects, to promote world

peace, alter social, cultural and economic structures, and permit Mother

Earth to transform herself.

As a final step, we will introduce you to your local Spiritual Hierarchy, and re-unite you with your brethren

in the Inner Earth. There will be an ongoing series of announcements by

the Ascended Masters that will help resolve certain cultural power

struggles and make possible cross cultural co-operation. Each one will

step forward and explain the origins and histories of your many cultures

and religions, and radical changes will take place in your religious

struggles. Our Earth allies are acutely aware that the moment of formal

�First Contact� will end the many millennia in which the �divide and

conquer� rule ran this reality. It will also proclaim that we will no

longer tolerate the greed and arrogance of your present cabals. The

announcement of �First Contact� will encourage full disclosure of the

now super-secret UFO government files. The area of so-called UFO studies

requires a spiritual arm. This segment enables us to look beyond the

technology and realize that advanced, enlightened societies are

primarily spiritual in nature.

The inner �Sun� (core) is changing, Mother Earth is preparing to make rapid changes in her existing

appearance. Her ability to sustain her Eco-web is shrinking, because of

life threatening effluents produced by your industrial society. The

Eco-system is gripped in crisis. You need to embrace the tasks inherent

in the guardianship of Mother Earth and her fragile Eco-system. The

Bi-pedal cetaceans and the Inner Earth society of Agartha are most eager

to act as your mentors in these matters. We too are ready to offer

scientific liaison teams that specialized in advanced ecological

The changing nature of Mother Earth has a time frame by which Heaven has permitted her to change completely into her new

self. Once this transformation begins, you will no longer be able to

live on her surface. You will have to be re-located swiftly to our

ships, or the extraordinary dwellings we have built in Inner Earth for

this purpose. Look upon them as surrounded by force fields, holographic

technology and loving resolve. There you will be quickly changed into

your fully conscious selves. The Earth�s flora and fauna will be

evacuated to special environments on Mother ships.

Masters of both this world and Sirius have joined together, they will appear before you.

Direct contact personnel hail from the Pleiades Star League,

Constellation of Andromeda, Lyra, Perseus and Aries, as well as the

Sirius Star Nation. They will act as guides and teachers for your coming

transitional period. Ships from many different human galactic societies

will welcome you into the Galactic League of Light. The first ring of

ships surrounds Mother Earth and your artificial Moon. This fleet

contains over one million ships. Our first reporters will be liaisons

and chosen from our several primarily human off-world galactic

societies. Liaison teams will make a series of global broadcasts; two

programs are planned to introduce us. We will train small units of two

to six ships each. These ships will land enabling the local populace the

opportunity to view them. For a short time the Galactic Federation

teams will leave their ships to instruct you regarding this technology,

and explain your responsibility as Physical Angels. We will begin a

program to allow you to visit our Mother-ships. There will be vast

flyovers by scout ships, which will occur before mass landing.

We will release secret technologies, and even more wondrous devices,

including many energy and transportation related inventions, that have

been produced around your world during the past century. Your secret

governments suppressed this technology, along with many other

environmental innovations, out of deep-seated fear that such discoveries

could result in their downfall. We will also introduce more workable

technology, and allow each of you to obtain information �and to contact

one another with ease.

The rise of a post-Internet environment, which we have initiated, will introduce you to new options in

communication and entertainment. Simple hand held or easy to wear

devices, will provide instant information, and enable you to contact

freely anyone else on your world. Using small organic computers, you

will become globally recognizable by your body�s true frequency. These

devices inter-phase with your mind, providing a 3D holographic picture

that contains data, images, etc. The commercial system will be 3D full

color telepathic holography. Anyone who wishes to communicate can simply

visualize a person and their computer will contact them. It will

include a universal translator and a special frequency dialing system,

that is closely linked to your unique physical signature.

Each household will receive a device that converts light energy into matter

to provide clothing and food. Remember that abundance programs will

allow you to have all the financial resources you need. Our Earth allies

have consented to many agreements even more powerful than NESARA. These

provisions are not to be released to the general public, until the

first set of agreements has been publicly announced. Only then will the

second and third waves of actions be revealed and made public law.

We will introduce you to technology will allow you to travel more freely.

You will be provided with a new form of transportation, and your new

personal vehicles will levitate a few feet off the ground, and. are

capable of speeds up to 500 miles (800 kilometers) per hour. Aircraft as

you know them will disappear and be converted to a �magnetic lifter�

technology, with Mach 8 capabilities, as well as providing primitive

craft that resemble ours. A teleportation system will be available for

long range emergency trips. We will also use this technology to build a

fully automated highway system.

An extensive training program for medical practices that are not harmful to health will be introduced. It

will align your medical services more closely to ours. You will absorb

an enormous amount of new information, and to help assimilation of the

vast quantities of knowledge, we will provide a technology that can

�download� it directly into your brain�s memory and recall systems. You

will develop your Science and expand your philosophies in ways yet

unheard of, resulting in a glittering union of these now contradictory

elements. We will introduce you to the wonders of �artificial

intelligence�.

We will supply a system of technologies that with your manifested abilities, will reverse the pollution that now fouls

your air, land and water on Mother Earth, in less than six months.

Our second objective will be the factories, offices, homes, power

generating stations, air, water and land vehicles that spew out most of

the pollution. Free-energy devices will be introduced that can be

mass-produced quickly.

Using our technology, we can vaporize and fully erect buildings in a matter of days, and will re-tool your

manufacturing network in less than a week. Moreover, we can fully

automate it. Technological gadgets will allow you to end your dependence

upon manufactured materials. You will be able to construct your own

dwellings and collectively plan your cities. Your rural areas will be

returned to their original condition of unspoiled forests and meadows.

A number of our technologies can convert living Light into food, clothes

and other uses, thus ending your long dependence on agriculture and the

lumber industry. Remember that technology is a tool, provided by

consciousness, to create as pleasurable an environment as possible. You

need to make the next grand �leap� �that is, to grow from a planetary

society to a galactic one. Never forget, Dear Ones, that you are

mutating [from Homo Sapiens] into �Homo Galacticus�, A more integrated

version of you, this galactic human, possesses the ability to hold open,

meaningful dialogue with your true self.

Special World Centers will be created. A new financial system will be born. This

reorganization of your worldwide wealth is preparing the way for a new

era of power on your world. This power will be �people based� and lack

the malevolent self-interest of your former secret rulers. Many groups,

on your world and off, are co-operating with the spiritual realm to put

an end to that which is preventing the manifesting of your financial

abundance, and the rapid establishment of world peace.

Our main objective remains a �safe and sane� successful conclusion to our First

Contact Mission. This process involves many different possibilities. The

one we prefer is to be silent support for a swift and successful

military, political and economic transition on your world. Vast sums

have been re-ordered, cataloged and prepared for distribution. The

funds, bank networks and list of recipients are ready. Crucial inroads

in our ability to control and force a series of major resignations in a

number of powerful governments are also in place. Moreover, legal

documents to begin this procedure have been signed and legally

adjudicated on the highest possible levels. Governments will re-form or

resign, and the UN will be re-organized, and a new international mandate

of human sovereignty and freedom proclaimed. The glut of self seeking

Multi-Nationals will be re-structured. New rules of conduct will be

implemented. The current concept of �Corporation� will be legally

rendered. Large electrical power plants that now fuel your cities and

industries will disappear.

We have observed the many biological projects produced in the dark cabal�s laboratories. While we have

drastically curtailed these projects since the late 1990�s, several of

them, introduced during the 1970�s and �80s, devastated your world and

became major global epidemics. Our medical teams are monitoring them and

can directly interfere only when First Contact occurs. Therefore, we

call upon all concerned to use your spiritual and physical resources to

counter these artificially created epidemics. The secret �closed doors�

policies of the past will be abolished.

We have doubled the number of defense ships operating in the solar systems Earth-Moon

quadrant. We have also tightened the special inter-dimensional security

shield that surrounds your planet, and can prevent anyone that we have

not authorized, from leaving or entering your planet. We will disarm all

nuclear weaponry, and supply suitable replacements for all nuclear

powered electrical generation facilities in your world. We will need to

move certain divisions of our fleet closer to you. This means also that,

at the appropriate time, we will shut down all adverse military

communications and immediately hand over these responsibilities to our

Earth allies.

We are determined to assure our allies immediate success by making certain that all essential personnel now controlled by

Earth�s last cabal are quickly captured. These quick incursions into

the cabal�s camp will allow our Earth allies to attain their initial

objectives silently and swiftly. With the cabal�s leaders under arrest,

some major and indisputably positive world changes can be formally

announced. Once peace is declared, we will supervise the rapid

disengagement of all warring parties.

Disclosures will also make possible the public proclamation of our existence by the new provisional

�pre-First Contact� broadcasts. Initially, these series of transmissions

with us on all levels. There are long range working networks that are

built into each ship, there is a smaller range network that

of our craft, you are immediately �plugged� in to this network, which

comprehensively monitors all of your body functions, thought processes

and emotional states of each individual on board. This wondrous piece of

technology will appear to you as a living, highly intelligent Being.

One of the major abilities of this technology is interstellar travel. We

can adjust a ship�s frequency in order to move it from star to star.

These �jumps� from one solar system to another, occur because of the way

physicality is constructed.

Originating from scout ships or large Mother Ships, we will reveal through radio, TV and computer

networks, the true picture of the world�s history, also of conspiracies

to deny you a cache of technology. Broadcasts will explain how people of

the Inner Earth have looked after you. They have prepared an almost

endless array of enclaves for you, Eden-like realms where you will

complete your mutation into fully conscious Beings. The special places

built for you are fully operational and waiting. Mass landings will be

delayed until the time arrives to deliver you to your new temporary

homes, in Inner Earth. Heaven has set aside a period from mere weeks to

almost 14 months to serve as a transition.

universe. Soon, you will move closer to Sirius and take your place in

and �C�. In a short time, Mars will bloom once more, Venus; land of

The magnificence of the changes to your Universe indicates the power and intelligence behind all life forms. As you look up into your night time sky you may ponder the vastness of what you see. Yet it is only a small fraction of what really exists, and all functions according to perfect Universal Laws. As you see it, it is too incredible to fully contemplate that there is The Creator holding All That Is, and that it stretches into Infinity. You could be forgiven for feeling small and insignificant yet you also embrace it all, and are gods in your own rights. Whilst it is true that your consciousness is very restricted, you have the potential to grow into full consciousness. The first major step will be the great upliftment that will come with Ascension. Once you reach this stage, the difference will be quite staggering and it will seem that you are already a godly Being.

Dear Ones understandably you are focussed on your own problems, as survival is still very much your instinct. Sure, there are threats around you and necessary changes lead you ever onwards, but understand that those that leave the Earth before Ascension planned to do so. Intuitively you may sense where you stand in such matters, but in general if you have set your sights on Ascension and are working towards it, you will see out the last days of the old dimension. The vast majority of you have nothing at all to fear, and if material changes affect you, remember that in the end all will be made good. Indeed, it will prove to be a glorious time when you take a great leap into the future. That will bring you everything your heart could desire, and spiritually you will become more aware than you have ever been.

Personal loss of your belongings will result in some grief, and where family and friends are concerned it is inevitably an occasion of sorrow. However, you will meet up again with them, as they can also ascend from the higher levels. In the ultimate process of Ascension when you take your place in the higher dimension, you will have a different outlook where ownership is concerned, as material possessions are no longer necessary. You create exactly what you want and re-create again if desired. That means that you can create from memory anything that existed previously. You can therefore allow matters to follow their path on Earth, knowing that in real terms you cannot lose anything at all. As a result of Ascension the quality of your life will increase a hundredfold, and you will be surrounded by beauty and perfection. Not least of all you will be at One with everything, and enjoy a happy and fulfilling life.

Those of you that remember visiting our craft will agree that they contain all possible creature comforts, and in some instances such as the Large Motherships are self-contained cities. They are an example of what you can expect, and it will be a quantum leap into the future. We know you are ready for such an upliftment, as you have grown very quickly into your understanding of what is expected of you as spiritually evolved Beings. It is the key factor where your Ascension is concerned, and you cannot reach it other than being of a similar vibration of Light. The �heavenly� pictures we create are clearly an attractive way of life, and are only fully possible when you have completed the cycle of duality. Your present vibrations do not otherwise lend themselves to achieving a permanent level of creation, as there are continual changes taking place. You are so to say, always going up and down the scale and until you overcome the dark energies it will remain so.

Face the future with confidence as we are accompanying you all of the way. It should give you a greater degree of security and certainty of safely reaching your goal. Let us repeat that there is nothing to fear, your future is absolutely assured � and that is by Divine Decree. A Universal edict has been served on all creation that has responded by preparing in readiness for the great change to the higher dimensions. You have to be helped, which is why we are here in great numbers. Now you can see why we work incessantly with our allies, as we are keen to get started through direct contact with you. That is not far away now, but we shall choose our time well when it is most suitable for a successful open first contact. All of the immediate benefits that will move you along and out of the legacy of duality, are in waiting and ready to be implemented quite quickly. It is a matter of gradually changing your life pattern so that it moves nicely into a level that is more suited to the final changes.

No individual can be left behind as there is no such thing, as each soul determines there own path and is always progressing. You move in the direction that fits your needs and provides the required experience to continue evolving. It is a very personal journey and no two are alike, but you will normally gravitate towards those who have a similar level of consciousness. In duality that is not necessarily the case, as sometimes you learn more from working with those of a lower vibration. They often present a greater challenge that will serve your interests. We know that some of you in partnerships feel little in common, but be assured that nothing happens by chance and there will be a good reason for it. Duality is a tough dimension in which to find your true Self, yet so many of you have continued to move into the Light and Love. The result is that you have acquired strength of character, and a spiritual understanding that will take you far.

All of you are on the same journey, and it will benefit you to help others along as they cross your path. Sometimes it is only a brief encounter with another soul that may be a karmic connection, but each one is very important and has a lasting effect. Families repeatedly incarnate together in different roles to evolve as a group. They are often recognised by their tight knit relationships, and ability to be as one unit going through life. This is the freewill choice of those concerned who treasure their many lives together. Away from Earth you feel more a free soul and less inclined to incarnate with the same souls each time. However, as we have stated in the past, if you have a love link it will remain, and you can reach such souls at anytime you wish.

Dear Ones as we have noted previously, the tragedies that you have recently been experiencing have brought out immense compassion for those involved. The response more than outweighs the fear caused by such happenings. Out of something that the dark Ones calculated would cause great confusion, has come a massive outpouring of Light. It has also brought about an awakening as to the Oneness of Mankind, and rather than create more separation has brought people together. This shows you that as a result of such major calamities, the expansion of Light more than compensates for them. It has taken a series of events to bring you to this point, and it means that the attempts by the dark Ones to prevent your onward progress to Ascension are failing. This situation will ensure that the Light remains the dominant force on Earth. With the continuing bursts of Light reaching you from sources outside of it, you are assured of reaching the desired levels of consciousness to ascend.

The Light you are anchoring upon Earth is bringing the manifestation of the new Earth ever nearer as planned. We have asked you to be patient, but in fact you have responded marvellously to the hold ups over quite a period of time. You have accepted that they will not alter the end result in anyway at all. This is immensely pleasing and indicates how well informed you have become. We would say that in the space of some fifty years your way of thinking has changed considerably. Your awareness of Self and your power to manifest the future you have visualised, is a powerful weapon against any attempts to prevent it. As long as you hold true to your vision, nothing can hold it back and you are amongst millions of enlightened souls doing so. Success is yours, and you will not be denied this opportunity to move out of duality.

Our allies are clearer than ever as to the nature of their tasks, and we help guide them to fulfilment. More of the those souls doing the bidding of the dark Ones are questioning their roles, and realise that they have been the unsuspecting dupes that are being used against the people. Such a breakdown amongst their ranks is causing some disarray, and it will continue to grow. The end is surely in sight, and an assertive move will soon edge you nearer the time of Disclosure. Once their ranks start to fall, it will snowball into a serious break in their chain of command. We are ready to take advantage of it to promote our own plan for your release from them. We are consequently quite occupied with many moves to bring the result that we all need.

We are long time members of the Galactic Federation, and well used to confronting problems such as you present us. There is never any sense of panic or concern, as in reality we are in charge of events taking place on Earth. However we cannot do just as we like, and obey Universal Law which prevents outright interference. We are not allowed to stop the unfolding of karma that has been brought about by the actions of Man on Earth. If we did, we would be denying you an opportunity to learn from your mistakes, and we ourselves would incur karma. We are too wise to even consider it, but can often lessen the effects of the outcome. Our action is often beyond your understanding and operates on a Galactic level, and we are very much involved in the use and control of energies to bring balance to Earth.

The dark Ones are like babies throwing things out of their crib when they cannot get their own way, but unlike babies they are dangerous with no regard for human life. However, they shall not harm you or Mother Earth for much longer and shall be disarmed and placed where they cannot cause any more mayhem. Is it not ironic Dear Ones, that the dark forces have concentration camps ready to imprison those who oppose them, yet it is they who shall end up incarcerated. Oh yes, we know of their plans and are more than equal to any attempts to isolate you in their prisons. In time all of those Beings sequestered by them to carry out their covert operations, shall be released and returned to their families. We mean from everywhere including Mars where there are underground bases. One has to perhaps admire the audacity of the dark Ones, to think that they could get away with their plan for world control. However they reckoned without the forces of Light that have come to your aid.

The nightmare of living through duality has shown you so much associated with lower vibrations, and almost every one of you will have touched the depths at some time. Many souls were, and are still sucked into the morass of the heaviness of the dark energies. Certainly it is difficult to lift out of such overpowering darkness, but you are never given up for lost and Beings of Light work incessantly to lift you up. This example of the type of problems that exist, will perhaps open your eyes and heart centre to feel compassion without judgment for such souls. When you can love all souls in this way, you will truly have found your Higher Self and share a place with God. These are matters that you will address as you evolve higher and higher, until you are One with All That is.

You are learning fast but have much more to experience before you can be called a Master. That is your destiny and duality has gone a long way to teaching you the lessons that lead you to it. You can go backwards, but that is rarely a problem and only short lived. Evolution continually carries you forwards, and the pace increases the higher you get. Many of you can look back over your present life, and see how in a relatively short time you have taken a great step onto the path of Light and Love. Such a quick response is even more likely now that the vibrations are rapidly increasing. Take your chance with both hands and believe in your ability to reach your goal, because you can do it. The Golden Age awaits the new Man of Earth who is rising up like the Phoenix from the ashes of duality.

Selamat Balik! We come again with much to talk about! Mother Earth continues to be in her active state, busy making those adjustments that are required for the immense surface changes that lie ahead of her. The most important step is the process of stabilizing the borders of her tectonic plates in anticipation of fusing these currently moveable surface plates. This operation has produced some sizeable earthquakes in various places over the past year, and you may expect more of these in the coming months. Mother Earth is giving our Earth allies a definite heads-up about what lies ahead for humanity, and it is incumbent on all of you to accelerate what needs to happen before we can land. Meanwhile, we are fully prepared to come before you if the quickening earth movements become too much for your global society. We monitor what is going on beneath us most carefully. Mother Earth needs to finish what she so patiently put on hold to give you time to realize your contributions to the changes. The changes are tied to broadcasts that can assist us if sudden landings become necessary.

Your economic difficulties are only just beginning. The amount of hidden debt is much larger than has been acknowledged and is reaching a point where it can utterly swamp your remaining financial assets. What is not known is that huge wealth held in sequestered trust funds and in a vast mountain of gold can easily reverse this dire state of affairs. Our Earth allies have full possession of these assets and are ready to use them once the myriad government changes become public. From our vantage point we have seen many attempts by the dark cabal to heist these assets from our Earth allies, but these sorties all flopped. The Agarthans and the Earth allies together established levels of security and surveillance more than equal to any dastardly plots devised by the dark. In a very short while, the dark will be forced to admit what has long been obvious: the jig is definitely up! And the time to let go and accept the consequences is at hand. Then this great logjam that has been slowing things up can be swept aside and the longed-for changes can at last roll out!

Holistically, your reality sits at the very fulcrum of change. Your world is at the point where she must now merge her two aspects. Below lies Agartha and its 5-D realm, while around you is the visible 3-D realm. This dichotomy has existed for nearly 13 millennia. This was allowed under the auspices of Heaven, and now she is following the divine decrees which explicitly state that this schism is to unite into one realm. This is something we gladly undertake. You have a potential as a people that is really quite astounding. Each of you represents the best of the fifty star-nations that originally colonized Lemuria. Some of you are to return with us to your respective home worlds, but most are to stay and colonize the other water worlds that make up this solar system. The resultant new star-nation is to be one of the more important members of our Galactic Federation, and your tasks are to take you far beyond this galaxy and to affect positively most of physicality. It is for this reason that we have come with a fleet of many millions of ships!

This huge fleet is literally packed tight within your solar system. Each day, different contingents of ships depart and arrive. We have had to set up a special liaison department to run the logistics of the myriad comings and goings of the fleet; however, such an operation is something that this particular Science & Exploration fleet is quite used to. We have often acted as the primary fleet for welcoming new members to the Galactic Federation and establishing the protocols for the new star-nation to interact with the different fleets that make up our Galactic Federation registries. The daily interaction between our liaison group and the newest members to our fleet is easily handled by us, and we have used this expertise to make arrangements for your future visits to our motherships. These field trips are to be joyful occasions! We look forward to sharing our space homes with you, as we know that you will enjoy what you see, feel, and experience while aboard.

We plan to share our ships and our technology with you. Until then, there are technologies presently hidden away from you by your governments that can help you better understand what we possess. Together, all these technologies can help Mother Earth in her transition to her new wholeness. It is this new reality that you are to reside in. Right now, Mars possesses vast underground technical facilities that are to be used to terraform Mars into a water world similar in general appearance to Mother Earth. Earth�s near twin, Venus, is also being readied to transform into a water world of the same elegant beauty as Earth. These three worlds will form the initial core of your new star-nation. Many of you are to travel to these two worlds once you are fully conscious. The moons of Mars, each around a quarter the size of your moon, are to be rehabilitated once the terraforming project is completed.

Venus was stripped of her two moons by the same attack that ravaged Mars. The Galactic Federation is working with Elohim to return her moons from their present location in the moon fields of s*****. All this is part of creating a more equable setup for the planets and moons of the new solar system. Earth is to be uprighted to 0 degrees of declination and Uranus moved by nearly 90 degrees to its former pre-attack position. In this new mode the thin, incandescent rings of Uranus can become more noticeable and take on a beauty not seen for nearly a million years. The breathtaking nature of your solar system is a glorious gift from the Divine! The next miracle is the reconstituting of the long-destroyed water world that we choose to call Pax, or goddess of Peace. This world is to be three and a half times the size of Mother Earth!

Your changing solar system is to become the center for a great deal of galactic and intergalactic activity. Your new star-nation is to play host to vital conferences that will integrate the forces of the Light and help to spread a great Joy to every part of physicality. We have watched the dark pull out all the stops to prevent the advent of your new reality, but these tired old stratagems are almost at an end. Your planet has a destiny of abundance, peace, and cooperation. You can sense in your heart that this reality we speak of is materializing. The Creator sees your reality as being refined by your return to full consciousness, and to this end Heaven has almost completed the present series of physical and non-physical alterations. We know that some of you question why we repeat a lot of the information, and we are pleased to clarify the situation. It is mainly because humans do not have a full memory recall, and it is therefore necessary to make frequent references to important information. In this way it permeates your subconscious memory, and you have a general understanding without knowing precisely how or why. At this time channelled messages are becoming very much in agreement, in the way they foresee the immediate future. Of course there will always be some that disagree with the more generally accepted beliefs, but that is healthy if it causes you to think more deeply about them. We will always recommend that you follow your own intuitive feelings, and that will be right for you. If later you change your beliefs that will suggest you have found a more acceptable understanding. Clearly as you keep evolving, you will expand your thinking to embrace a greater degree of truth.

There has never been a better time to expand your consciousness, with many channels and spiritually evolved beings incarnating on Earth. It is a special time that calls for intense attention to the information coming from so many different sources. How else will you grow sufficiently to reach those levels of consciousness required to see you achieve Ascension. The Divine Plan is calling upon many souls incarnate upon Earth, to come into their own and be the leaders that they are already. There are so many souls standing at the crossroads right now, that can helped to move onto the path of Light. They do need guidance and their Guides will do all they can to make sure they take the right path. Bear in mind Dear Ones, your Guides know what you set as your targets, and they want you to be successful. Freedom of choice is very much observed, and you can be sure that in the end you will have been allowed to make your decisions.

Each of you is quite unique and what suits one will not be the same for another. Yet in general there is something to be gained from the various sources that will help all of you. Once you find a reliable one, keep with it until the need arises to move on. Often you will find yourselves moving in circles of friends where there is a mutual interest in spiritual matters, and by supporting each other much progress can be gained. This does not happen by accident, and people will come together because that is the way they planned it. If you are uncertain as to which direction you are going in, take time to find those peaceful periods when you can go within. Put out the thought that you need guidance, and surely somehow it will come to you. Do not however set lines as to how that may be, as they will be limiting your possibilities of direct help. Simply be aware as to what is happening around you, and hopefully you will not miss a chance intended for you.

There are great times to come when the interference of the dark Ones will have been removed. Then you shall see those spiritual souls that are waiting for such an opportunity, to pass on their knowledge to speed up the process of Ascension. The Elders have ensured that there is no shortage of attention to your needs, and the end times are meticulously planned for total success. So Dear Ones do not let doubt creep in, and keep to your path of enlightenment. This will protect you against the lower energies, and you will remain quite safe from their presence.

The financial systems of the world are teetering on the brink of collapse, and it can be expected because they are no longer adequate or sustainable to overcome your problems. Behind the scenes everything is prepared and in readiness for a new system, and it will be implemented when it is exactly right to introduce you to it. It will overcome all of the frailties and drawbacks that devalued the system in more ways than one. You want stability and what you can appropriately call �value for money�, and as you know it is to backed by gold and other precious metals. No longer will it be used to serve the greed of the banking fraternity, who will be required to observe a fair and honourable code of practice. There will be no place for the old system, and it will be quickly changed for the good of all.

Many changes continue to move forward in anticipation of being announced without too much delay. It will be an unsettling time until this point is reached, but just remember what benefits will arise out of the chaos. Once you get into the new stages you will look back, and it will not have seemed as difficult as you thought. It is the uncertainty and lack of clear information that makes it all seem an interminable period of time. However, we cannot be more enlightening as all is in a state of flux. Having the privilege of being able to view the overall picture, we can however tell you all proceeds well. There is always going to be just the one outcome, and it will be your victory for the Light.

Let things flow in your lives, and take them as they come. There is little you can do in advance of the announcements, except to keep visualising what the future holds by looking at all that is positive. That way you will continue to empower the Light, and hasten the day it will banish the dark Ones from the Earth. There is no force involved in this action, but there will be a time when nothing of the lower vibrations will be able to exist in your dimension. It will have been lifted up beyond their reach, and they will find a place at their own level.

The days are speeding by and things are happening that signal a crucial time on Earth. The dark Ones hit out at those who have opposed them, and their wars have moved from conventional weapons to those that are very sophisticated. You have just seen further evidence of it by what has happened to Chile, and it is part of the continuing attacks within an area where leaders have opposed the dark forces, which were intent on removing them. As we have often informed you, we cannot just interfere with what is happening to you � unless we are given the authority to do so. However, as known to you, we are allowed to prevent an even more devastating scenario. Bear in mind Dear Ones that in Atlantean times they were also very advanced technologically, and had for example developed the laser beam. It was used in such a way that it caused a weakening of the Earth�s crust that broke up, and Atlantis finally disappeared under the waves of the Atlantic Ocean.

You are now at a similar point in your experiences, as the Atlanteans were in their end times. Indeed they developed in a very similar way to you, using advanced technology obtained from Extraterrestrials, putting it to misuse and personal gain. The country that is the U.S. is largely populated by those souls who were in Atlantis in its demise, and the challenge has been to see out this cycle without destroying the Earth. Civilisations experience very much as individual soul and where lessons are not learnt, and you face the same ones until you progress sufficiently to successfully come through them. You will therefore understand, that we cannot take away your opportunity to overcome the weaknesses that have caused your downfall in ancient times. It is not however all left up to you, and as we have explained previously we can help in ways that often prevent matters getting out of hand. Total destruction of the Earth will not be allowed, and we protect Mother Earth and the human civilisation, by limiting the extent to which it occurs.

You must understand that because we are full of compassion and love for all life, we would dearly love to release you immediately from the dark powers. The time for our open arrival is however determined by the Higher Councils of Light, and we abide by their decisions. Therefore, we are fully prepared for the rapidly approaching changes, that will bring an end to the dictatorship that you know as the Illuminati. It is then that our presence will enable world peace to be declared and an end to all hostilities. If there is opposition to it, we will still the weapons of war and end it in a peaceful way. We do not come to fight battles as that is not our way, but we will impose the Will of God for the betterment of all souls upon Earth. You have cried out for release from the traumas and negative conditions associated with the rule of the dark Ones. Heaven has agreed that it is time for the Light to fully return to Earth, and it has already grown exponentially over the last decade or so.

Do not allow the chaotic events on Earth to distract you from your goal to ascend because as you might say, you must not take your eye off the ball. Your strength and protection is by keeping centred within your Light. In so doing you are also helping others, who may weaken when their senses are assailed by the last attempts of the dark Ones to continue with their plan. Death and destruction is their aim to de-populate the Earth, but please be assured that they will fail to achieve their ultimate goal of total world control. You have determined the outcome by your steadfast approach by bringing the Light to Earth. This result was indeed foreseen a long time ago, and was always part of the plan for this particular cycle. It could have changed but the Lightworkers brought in to keep it on track, have proved their worth and ability to stick to their tasks. All of you connected in this way deserve every bit of praise you get, and we of the Galactic Federation are so proud to work with you.

Because of hundreds of lives throughout this cycle, you have grown in strength that has seen you refuse to capitulate to the dark Ones. Now the full reward for doing so is about to manifest, and all that has been taken away from you will gradually be returned. You are to become the sovereign Beings you once were, and better still allowed the opportunity to ascend and leave duality for once and for all. It has served you well and you have become powerful Beings, that will carry the Light and Love to many civilisations that exist in the Galaxy. Your experiences are invaluable where other developing civilisations are concerned. You can help them avoid the same pitfalls experienced during your time in duality. Can you see Dear Ones, that when you first started your journey, you knew how it was going to benefit others. As a Being of Light you made certain sacrifices to achieve those goals, as part of your quest for knowledge and to serve as Lightworkers to other developing souls.

We feel that at last you are beginning to comprehend how great you are, and why we adore you all and heap our praises upon you. We are fellow souls on a great journey together, and we stand by your side as equal partners working for the Will of God. Let your minds accept what we say, as it is not to boost your ego and we know that Beings of Light do not think in such a way. Where praise is deserved it is nice to acknowledge what you have achieved, as for too long you have been oppressed and could be forgiven for believing you were worthless entities. That is what the dark Ones hoped so that they could exert full control over you. Fortunately you have woken up and can see through the lies and falsity of the way you have been made to feel inferior. You now know otherwise and stand up for yourself, and it is achieving results inasmuch that you are breaking the hold the dark Ones had on you.

Selamat Jarin! We are back with more things to share with you! At this moment, a great deal of activity is happening around your world. The final touches are being made to the way a number of governments are to change. In addition, the announcements that herald the new gold-based currency system are also being finalized. These activities indicate to us that the grand transformation of your global society is ready to manifest. We have watched these actions over the past few years move steadily forward, and now that the preliminaries are concluded, the changes long needed by your many societies are about to happen. We are presently securing the logistics which allow the new governments to present you with the formal release of a parade of long-suppressed technologies, ranging from ways to clean up your environment to maglev planes that can move passengers and materials swiftly to any point on the planet in under an hour. These devices terminate the age of oil and fossil fuels, and yet they constitute only a beginning of what is to come!

You are entering an age of full consciousness. In this reality the things that you consider �normal� for the most part fade away. You enter a realm of great knowledge and wisdom, and in this environment you become a Being able to manifest what you truly need when you need it. Here, the way you experience your existence can be considered dreamlike and is lived with gusto and glee! When this next period of your 3-D reality manifests, you are to be in transition mode. All of you will know decisively that we exist and that you are on a course to becoming fully conscious. This means that you are in training to better comprehend what this implies. It is then that we can intervene fully and explain a great many subjects that you are not yet aware of. This body of wisdom is a prerequisite for completing this transition. Heaven and we eagerly await the time when these teachings can be given. It is these intriguing new technologies and mind-broadening knowledge that is to grant you an understanding of what lies ahead. However, a full grasp of your future won�t take place until you are fully conscious.

Full consciousness is unlike anything you can presently imagine. It is a state in which the Heavenly realms and physicality merge. You are the divine instrument for unfolding this magnificent merger and for bringing this sacred mission to its appointed divine conclusion! One goal of your sojourn in limited consciousness is for you to acquire specialist knowledge, which is to come into play once you return to full consciousness. Then a series of wondrous sights is to appear, which can assist you to better understand what Heaven and you agreed to nearly 13 millennia ago. Until this time, there is a part of you that cannot fully accept what is happening to you. You have chosen in this life to acquire a deeper understanding of the awfulness that surrounds you and to determine how this can be swiftly changed. We have come here to be the heralds of your heart-felt longings. A momentous change is upon you and the time has come to ensure that this nexus point manifests. Our task is to support our Earth allies and make sure that this moment materializes, and does so at the right divine time.

This first contact operation (as we may have mentioned before!) is an ever-evolving process. Each day brings developments to which we need to adapt our plans for your transition. Our Earth allies have surmounted innumerable challenges and grown accordingly. Our relationship with them has also strengthened, inspiring both sides to become more dedicated to this multifaceted operation. Behind all this are our great Love for you and our appreciation for being allowed by Heaven to be involved in your return to full consciousness. This project has thrown the members of the old dark guard into a series of untoward situations that they had deemed to be impossible. Their defensive stances, while expected, have been no more than a delaying nuisance. We are impressed by their perseverance in the face of what they can see is an increasingly obvious lost cause. Your changing world has slipped from their clutches, and so their roles as unchallenged manipulators of your amnesia come to an end.

This ongoing process of first contact is affecting all of Creation. You are currently in a place and time wherein Heaven is giving you the opportunity to return to your original state of full consciousness. This is, in fact, your destiny, which is why it is being offered to you at this time. It is clear that you cannot continue on as the dark so wishes, as to do so would bring upon you your extinction. Knowing this and your importance to Creation, we came here en masse nearly two decades ago. Many prophecies were fulfilled during the first decade of our arrival. The main agreement reached with our Earth allies near the end of this first decade started a journey that is now being successfully completed. The death knell of your present reality will be the release of the �tools� which will enable you to build the bridge between this old order and the new one you are ready to manifest.

And this new one is approaching rapidly. This causes the degree of chaos in your world to rise, as the economic and other major components of your society become increasingly dysfunctional. A side effect here is the growing number of extinctions of plant and animal life on every continent, which is another example of just how dire survival conditions have become in your present reality. Mother Earth is starting in earnest to change her surface world. The increasing severity of her seismic and volcanic activities is an early indication of these intentions which will lead to the raising of the sunken continents of Lemuria and Atlantis. This reconfiguration of the surface is to change the contours of the oceans and the number of landmasses that dot your world.

We monitor all these developments and gage how they relate to first contact. The more we study your world, the more we become aware of just how close you came to a series of natural and manmade calamities that would have doomed your beautiful and special world. Mother Earth is extremely important to us. She is the sacred vessel that contains the singularity that gave birth to our galaxy. She and she alone holds within her the Light energy stargate that sustains all the realities which make up our galaxy. To lose her surface world�s vitality is something we do not wish to contemplate! Heaven is well aware of what the dark was so villainously planning. The dark minions of your world were close to success when their masters, the Anunnaki, suddenly bolted to the Light. Over the past decade the dark regrouped and readied its last stand, in vain!

During the course of this message, we had you look at first contact from different angles. First, it is a divine task to mentor you through your conversion to full consciousness. Heaven requested this first contact, watching and carefully guiding us to where we are today. Heaven also knows that Mother Earth is in dire need of renewal. She needs to be reintegrated with the 5-D realm that sits beneath you. This world of Inner Earth is presently disconnected from your surface realm, causing a disease that needs to be cured as soon as possible. This is another reason for your return to full consciousness and the reunion with your space and heavenly families. Let us be clear that this is not a rescue mission! Mother Earth and you must be reconnected to Source and to the magnificent reality from whence you came some 13 millennia ago!

Today, we looked at what is happening on your world and how this relates to our first contact mission. We have shown you that success on all fronts is very near! What remains for Heaven and our Earth allies to do is to complete the undertaking they so courageously began. We wait, knowing that our grand reunion is imminent! There is nothing that you cannot achieve if you put your mind to it, and with purpose and will you can set your vision in place and at sometime it will manifest. Humans tend to be impatient, but with time you will find opportunities will come up to achieve your aim. We know that many of you wish to be of service to other people, and healing is often looked upon as a very worthwhile objective. To achieve it you have to apply yourself to the disciplines necessary to be successful. As with your path to Ascension you should be aiming to raise your vibrations. If you desire to channel healing energies, your body that is the vessel through which they move, must be as pure as possible. It is the same if you aspire to the idea of being a channel for spiritual messages, as the higher your vibration the more suitable you are going to be.

As time goes by more of you will find that with your rising levels of consciousness, contact with your Higher Self will become much more easier. Yet again you will need to apply yourself if you are to create a clear link. Learning to still the mind and how to relax is most important, and regular meditation will help you achieve it. You may refer to your intuitive moments as Self guidance, but in reality these are the times when you have contacted your Higher Self. In any situation where you are uncertain of what to do, it is a good idea to practise the disciplines of relaxation. These open up your channel, and in time it will become quite automatic and natural.

Obviously with so much about to happen, there will be many times when you will look for guidance as to what it signifies. There are of course a considerable number of sources of information around at present, and they may not necessarily agree with each other. This is where your own ability comes in, and intuitively you should be able to receive guidance. Some people liken it to instinct, and that is a reasonable comparison except that your Higher Self has a complete overview of everything that is happening. We accept that once our presence is made known, that it will cause much confusion in the minds of those who have never considered such a possibility, or have denied it. Yet in your subconscious memories you have knowledge of us, and in previous lives may have had some form of contact with us. These difficulties will be quickly dealt with by appropriate announcements; by way of an explanation as to what our purpose is where you are concerned. We have already paved the way for such an occasion, but in spite of that not everyone is prepared.

Dear Ones, we have been working towards this time of Ascension for a very long time, and have gone to great lengths to ease you into accepting us. We now know that our coming will be largely greeted with joy, as we are your divinely appointed guides for these last years of duality in the 3rd dimension. Better still we are to work actively with you, as ours is a joint venture to ensure success in bringing you into the New Age. As you know there is an immense amount of work to do, but we shall complete it in quick time. Whatever delays occur, they will not alter the outcome on bit. We are too well organised to be thwarted by any attempt of the dark Ones to create difficulty. In any event, we hope to have removed them from all positions of power before our mission starts in earnest.

Now we are all in that period of waiting to see how the final events will be set in place. Certainly our allies are gaining more confidence in tackling the tasks set before them. We compliment them on their intense focus on the final outcome, and all proceeds very well. There is hardly a major area in your lives that does not require changing, if you are to move on and enjoy the rights and freedom that are your entitlement. It is the promise of such changes that once generally known will draw all people together. It will not take long before you rise up as a civilisation, taking the path to recognition as one ready for galactic membership.

The future for you is so wonderful that what you experience now bears little resemblance to your coming lives. Your greatest desire is to live in happiness, but in duality that is a never in your grasp for very long. You are such a mixture of different Beings whose consciousness levels vary so much, that your goals in life can be very far apart from each other. You divide and separate based on those differences and the dark Ones exploit them for their own benefit. However, there is a welcome movement amongst you that is doing its best to break down barriers. You are finding that you have much more in common with each other than you thought.

All that is taking place is a sign of the times, and the feeling of unease will soon be replaced by one of hope and faith in your future. The world is not going to end and indeed it must keep evolving, as that is the nature of All That Is. It cannot stand still and is mystically attracted to the Source, where you will finally reach the ultimate completion of the return journey. The Creator draws all back into its Being, only to again commence further great cycles of experience. Such possibilities must seem so far away from your present ones, and with your limited levels of consciousness it is too much to expect any real understanding. Even for us the mysteries still exist, and with seemingly no end to creation there is so much more to experience.

The Galactic Federation is in its own way but a stepping-stone to greater experiences, and for you will be a dramatic but welcome change from what you have been used to. The difference in consciousness levels is quite marked and it is correctly termed as a quantum leap, as you will literally become different Beings. Duality could never have been satisfying or bring you but short spells of happiness, and that is because of the continual conflict between the two forces. However that was the reason you accepted the challenge to experience it. You were prepared to pit your Light against the dark energies, knowing that ultimately the Light would be victorious, and now you have all but reached the end of that journey.
